Art in the Streets is a highly anticipated show opening soon at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles. This will mark the first time a major museum in the U.S has featured a large scale exhibition focusing on the history of graffiti and street art.

This exhibition will feature 50 leading artists in this growing contemporary art movement such as Os Gemeos, Swoon, Futura, Shepard Fairey, and JR.

Art in the Streets will also feature a posthumous display of work from the late Margret Kilgallen along with a re-creation of the epic Street Market show by Todd James, Barry Mcgee, and Steve Powers which was first displayed over a decade ago at Deitch Projects in New York.
