The Ministry of Artistic Affairs invites you to an intimate meet and greet with artists Maya Hayuk & Jen Stark as they discuss their artistic practices.
Jen Stark & Maya Hayuk arrive at Show & Tell Gallery this month for an exhibition which is sure to be an optical delight. Both of these acclaimed American contemporary artists use vivid colors and shapes to create visually stunning works of art.
Maya Hayuk is known for her dynamic, symmetrical, and highly vibrant imagery. Working in various mediums including screen-printing, illustration, painting, and large scale murals, Maya creates spontaneous and truly inspired art pieces.
Jen Stark is best known for her elaborate paper sculptures that draw inspiration from patterns in nature, wormholes, and sliced anatomy. The complex construction of her sculptures and the vibrant use of colour in her drawings evoke a sense of wonder and intrigue.
