The Ministry of Artistic Affairs
Friday, July 8, 2011
Earlier this week, members of The Ministry got together and toured some of Toronto's leading west end commercial galleries.

The tour kicked off at Clint Roenisch Gallery where Clint walked members through his annual summer group show.  After a pit stop at Sweaty Betty's for a cold drink members headed to Angell Gallery where Jamie Angell spoke about his current shows.  Finally members headed up to LE Gallery where Wil Kucey discussed his latest exhibitions.  The evening was casual, fun, and provided members with insight on three of Toronto's gallerists.

The Ministry of Artistic Affairs provides a unique insight into the art market by curating a series of informative and interactive events exploring multiple facets of the art scene.

Members access a program of events that include studio visits with rising and established local artists, intimate visits with notable collectors, exclusive gallery exhibition previews, film screenings, talks and panel discussions with published art thinkers, and group art fair excursions.
